Our Facility
We have a pretreatment area where we apply our 3-stage pretreatment system which applies chemical cleaning and sealing. Next, your part is sprayed in a 10'x10'x16' Dry Powder Spray Booth that includes an integral powder recovery system. We hand-spray every part to ensure a consistent coating.
We can handle powder coating jobs as large as 7'x7'x20' efficiently and in a timely manner. We do a lot of automotive powder coating for hot rod and muscle car owners in the Inland Empire and have a car show at our facility every Fall. Five Star Coatings has a 6,000+ square foot powder coating facility just off the 10 Freeway at Alabama in Redlands, CA. We have been serving the powdercoating needs of the Inland Empire since 2003.
Finally, the work is placed in our 8'x8'x20' powder coating oven to cure.
